That Aus vs. UK special was aired here as part of Top Gear Australia about 3 months ago, so I was surprised to see that it would pop up again.

I haven't watched the latest UK episode yet, but I look forward to seeing how it was handled differently between the UK and Australian crews..

Last nights was one of the worst Top Gears ever, a complete waste of an hour.

You guys are so lucky. I subbed in YouTube and that's all I have. I wish I were in the UK... :(
Last video I watched was a "drag race" with two Ferraris: a 458 and a 430. Not difficult to guess which won.

That has all the episodes on it and is supported by Andy Wilman (TG producer) so it's legal too.

It's very not legal, but the BBC turn a blind eye and Top Gear themselves seem supportive of FinalGear (Wilman in particular). FinalGear is why Top Gear get hundreds of millions of viewers worldwide... still, if viewers continue to grow on commercial channels and overseas, then FinalGear will undoubtedly be on the receiving end of letters from BBC lawyers, and completely understandable it would be too. In the grand scheme of things, if the BBC get onto FinalGear, Wilman and Top Gear couldn't do a thing.

Agreed, it would have been decent if they did proper challenges instead of turning it into a scripted drama. Awful episode. The one before was pretty good, hope the rest in this series are more like that. EDIT - I did like the Ferrari test in fairness.

I don't know what you're talking about. I thought it was funny. It's obvious they use a script.. but still.. it's alot better than fith gear at least..

I've always liked Top Gear, but it's so obvious it's scripted now. It's a pity, because I still find it very funny :)

Strictly speaking, FinalGear already got in trouble for the Top Gear torrents. Those of you who are old school enough will remember they used to host them themselves. Now they host it on Mininova after a very short down time when they got copyright notices.

Yes, that's what I actually meant, I worded it poorly.
