It's time to allow carrying guns

First thing to do: shoot the moron who is my neighbor and his family who all come as close as it gets to being the German equivalent of white trash, rednecks and hillibillies in one. Cutting wood with a chainsaw around midnight, making HUGE bonfires like 3ft away from their own house, listening to loud and annoying "party" music all day, generally being a nusicance and having the German and Bayern München flag hoisted all over the place. For some obscure reason they also had the US Confederate Rebel Flag for some time as well. Not to mention that all together don't have a complete set of teeth and uncle-father is an appropriate term to describe family relations.

get some crumbles of food, spread them around the neighbour's home when they're not there/unaware. Also some beef but hide it a little better so it can go bad and smell (but on a side of the house that won't affect you). Buy some mice, drop them by the neighbour's home where they'll hopefully find a way in.

Not much but it's a start.
