Latissimus dorsi is killing me ...

... after almost 2 and half years of not really working out I've been hitting the home gym again at least 5 days a week for the last 6 weeks now. Boy, I forgort how sweet pain can be. This body which once was a temple will be in shape again soon. And this time I'll train all muscles. Never did much for the back in the past but this has changed now (as I feel in the muscle mentoined in the topic title). Hell, I even quit drinking alcohol on week days (got Easter hols right now so they don't count as a week days - mojito galore). I even bought a few new mean machines for my private torture chamber ... I had like a 5.5inch biceps 2007 and I'm sure I'll be topping this end of the year. And I don't care about my herniated cervical vertebra any more ... to put some more pressure on me I promise to post pics of me in - say - August. Watch out.

Wait, why not take a photo a day, same pose where possible, and turn it into a running animation of progress. Would be very cool. For amusement, and a visual medical appreciation.

Alternatively you could pose slightly differently every time so by the end of August you'd have a little movie in which something happens.

But that would kind of defy the whole point of making a picture every day.

I actually know what latissimus dorsi means... good on you, Vades. I shall get back to good shape with you (mentally), I got well sidetracked with inferior dosage for Hashimoto's disease for the past couple of years and added to that being away from uni means I'm not my footy player self of old .
