Can't believe i'm entering this debate but.....

Pretty sure you can pee with at least a 75% stonk on. I know that an erection is your bodies' way to stop you pissing yourself when you are THAT full, but in my experience, easy enough to induce enough 'flacidity' to make the process of urination acheiveable.
