Microsft is not activating

Hi everybody!
I got a friend with a problem with the Microsoft Word.
She bought a new pc that cames with the Microsft Office 2007 and when she goes to activite it the word accepts the serial key and them she closes him like requested.
When she opens the Word, he again requestes the serial key!
She already done this like 10 times and it keeps happening.
Should i contact microsft or theres is another way?

I don't supposed it's a cracked copy of the Microsoft Word?

No, its really a original one, it even came with a serial key from microsoft

Maybe some "keygen" has generated your serial key for a pirated version. I would inform MS about this problem rather sooner than later. They will know if your serial already is in use.
