The Flanker is gone.

I understand what he means. The Benelux is tilting. There is a diagonal which runs from about the middle of the French-Belgian bourder to the southern tip of Holland. Everything southern of the axis is rising and everything northern of it is sinking (for whatever reason), so the sea level rises relatively. The most densely populated area in the Netherlands is the west. This guy thinks that if more people will live there, Holland will tilt faster so sea level would be rising quicker. Still, it's an outright stupid idea :P
