Recommended PC Wheel for around £50?

Right, a mate of mine has just got himself a new computer for gaming on things like rFactor and Evolution, and he's looking to pick himself up a wheel for around the £50 mark.
I've suggested to him to get my wheel, the Saitek R660GT: [www.saitek.com]
But I'm also going to suggest this one, the Logitech Formula Force EX: [www.logitech.com]
