I'd like to put in my signature an Ad Banner in my signature. It is about an online game i'm playing and every click on it will give me 50 points extra.
So first question is: can i put it?
And second is: if yes, how can i do it?

Yes you can put it, as you put it. 
How to do it? Read the GP4FAQ, there you will also find the signature rules regarding size etc. If it is too big, the sig-police will come out of hiding and get on my case about it. Then, as if by magic, your signature will disappear into oblivion.
