Guys, I want to buy a Jackson KE5FR, I know Jackson rocks, my favourite guitarists used it (Randy Rhoads and Dave Mustaine)... I haven´t got too much money and I dont want to sell my current guitar (1994 Ibanez RX-650) because it is my first guitar... so its not gonna to happen at least until endo of the year... Anyway, I cant find a price in USA dollars, anyone has an idea??

Thanx in advance

EDIT: here is the photo

$1000 - $1500 USD seems to be where it'll be, it'll be a bit more than others in the Pro Series I'd say...What amp you going to be playing it through?

€1269 from thomann.de, that's over $1500 it think?...

I'm not sure, it's probably officially out, but most places don't have it in stock yet.

Valveking...good choice, I have the stack version :) It'll sound good through that. ;-)

I know, but you never know when a mullet can come in handy.

Not a fan of Jacksons then, Vader?

Jackson makes mighty fine guitars and I would buy one any day (if no Ibanez is avalable). I just don't go for fancy "metal" shapes ... that's soooooo 1980. But then I'm a bass player, so don't ask me.

From being in bands, bass players are always the most knowledgeable and down to earth. The drummers are generally annoying wankers, the lead guitarist/singer is always full of himself and a little bit odd, and then the rythmn guitarist will always be a farmer (and mute). :)

There are two kinds of bass players. Those who just play bass. Here Lopperman's description fits. The other kind is those who also sing and act as the frontman. I prefer the latter.

Peter Steele, I reckon.
