I just been doing obs and gynae term thus this threads exams contextual base and subsequent cirrent inebriation and I saw a patient who had pelvic inflammatory disease which is usually either chlamydia pr gonorrhoea and her history wqas she got it that weekend "on a camping trip" BUT the menstrual history meant she was totally on the rag during said trip and one of the girls doing the rotation with me was like oh gross and I was all like no it's cool, never look a gift horse in the mouth and she was like mike I don't think you understand that expression
