I don't mind the cheap car challenges when they're being natural, but the scripting in the recent ones, and things like them constantly barging into May's car, it's almost infuriating that they went that way.

Cut the cheap car challenges back to the basics, like the Porches and £100 one and they'll still be brilliant.

The guys are funny naturally. I really don't get why the show has to be so manufactured in advance. It's got to the point where it's detracting massively from the show.

It probably did peak a few seasons ago, but it is still quality programming in my opinion.
