well, I think the bigger side, bigger chunks would be ground out.

The smaller holes, that will take longer.

Definately the smaller holes, let's prolong the agony.
After all, don't they create a lifetime of agony for those whose loved ones have been taken from them by such stupidity.

Bigger hole would hurt more I suppose, it would attach better to the skin (like lying on a bed of nails compared to stepping on a single nail).
