The Ranch Hand Job

SO today i passed my paediatrics long case, had a kid with bronichiolitis lol can't go wrong therer and then teh doctors all took us out for boooozey lunch

now i have a day long bender or so before i go to melbbbbbbbbourne on thurs morning woooo i promise pictures

If you'll permit me to have just the briefest point of sobriety, I am currently of the persuasion that I'm posting in the off topic section, despite the fact I've mentioned F1 holiday plans. I feel this is perhaps incongruous with the forum's domestic divisional policy but also feel that "ranch hand job" was funnnnneh!
