Why were you looking at the customers?

I didn't only look at the customers :P. By the way, if the price was about half of what they charge I'd definitely get a double or triple bypass (if I'm ever in Arizona)!

What's the difference with any normal US steakhouse, except for the nurses?

a normal steakhouse would get you a 2,500 calorie dish, after a 1,000-2,000 calorie entrée. Portions are massive here, people don't know how to behave and control themselves and turn into giant pigs (like that pig thing in Lion King). It's great to see the look on the faces of the fatties after finishing a giant bowl of rolls and then devouring a large burger or entire pizza and still being 1/4th their size ;)

Nurses aren't any different. Ever been to Hooters? It is hilarious. Food from regular fast food places such as In N Out burger are just as bad too. (Name drop coming). When me and Six Degrees were advised to go to In N Out Burger by Marino Franchitti and ask for a "Double Double Animal Burger". 2 Burgers, with multiple layers of cheese, and the entire thing deep friend. :-\ Revolting.

Remove the cheese and won't be that bad :p.

Dave, In N' Out was elected the best fast food hamburger of the US! I'd love to try it but they don't have it nearby, it's more of a Southwestern thing here.

In N Out burger is disgusting. Even I, as a burger loving Scotsman, could not cope with the amount of crap in those burgers.
