Its really getting rather annoying, open more than 3 websites and it dies. Open a youtube vid and the whole network dies.
We're supposed to be with skys broadband package, but this is barely ISDN! ive tried to talk to the fools on the phone, but I cant get passed ''restart your router'' which I did, prior to the above speed test, they also so that online speed tests arent reliable, but when im downloading from HTTP at no more than 25k and pages are taking ages to load, something is wrong. Anything, either I can do, or say to sky? Or is there some group or something that manages local exchanges that I can get in contact with?
