I bought 14 new pairs of socks today, with smiley faces on them. They have some technology to stop the, smelling like cheese, apparently, but 'it is not intended to replace normal cleaning routines'. Ha!

i bought some socks that have days-of-the-week labels one each pair, but the labels have fallen off most of them now i might be wearing tuesday's socks on monday, oh the horror!

yes but you always have "good" ones and "older" ones, so you might tend to wear the crappy ones on unimportant days or just in the house, and the nicer ones when you're going out or somewhere nice. in the house i wear my old crappy ones which have faded to grey and may have holes in, but if i'm going out or going to work i wear the nicer, newer, black ones. i know what you mean Chet.

People have favorite socks? I have socks. They keep my feet warm and stop me blistering. There isn't much more to socks than that. If you have favorite pairs of socks then you might want to consider going outside and getting laid motherf**kers.

I wear all of my socks inside out so the seams do not rub against my toes. I also only wear them once before they get washed, which doesn't seem to be the case with some people in this thread.

You disgust me.

Actually with the washing machine at uni being £4 for wash and dry, I ahve often used a pair of socks more than once.

I will just say, only socks lol!
