Probably would have gone better without the 'Woodies" ;-)

That's the old engine and gearbox coming out, original engine is a 1298cc (1.3L) done 270000klm, replacement is a factory rebuild top to bottom 1324cc bored out 10 thou.
New engine and gearbox is in, damn thing wont start, need an auto-electrician to check the ignition wiring.
Extractors and replacement catalytic converter fitted last weekend. New starter motor, rebuilt alternator and Weber dual throat carby fitted to replacement engine. 2 inch suspension lift kit, EFS sports shockies, EFS springs, two cloth covered front bucket seats, new side indicator lenses, new soft-top, 4 new all-weather Dunlops, and one empty wallet. Spent close to $4000 on the rebuild so far. ;-)

I hope your weekend project isn't a woman then, because when it is, you did do something wrong, if she's packing ;)

i love that vodka. apart from its taste, they got nice bottles too (like absolut, but not that overpriced for design or whatever).

excellent choice imho. :)

Intriguingly I had a 1970s bottle of finlandia vodka the other day. Tasted completely different to the modern stuff which, although preferable to Bison Vodka (of any variety, its like selling a bottle of lemonade with a catheter in it), is vastly overpriced in the Uk.

Conclusion: never drive a smaller minibus than is recommended on the A303
