Oh I did. I think I was 90 minutes too late. He "bleached" at 12 and I got back from Uni at 1.30pm.

He isn't like Monica from Friends because he's just started this "cleaning" trend. And he's not very considerate in the kitchen by leaving his stuff in the sink. Really getting on my nerves. And then there is his music. He has it too loud and with lots of bass. He's in the room next to me and I have to knock on the door to get him to turn it down. He knows who it is before he opens his door so he blatently knows what he's doing. He knows I'm in my final year yet thinks its OK to keep playing music so loud I can't concentrate on my work.

Make a timetable so that he plays his music when you're not at home or something

He's on a music course. So he has guitars and a keyboard in his room. And I'm in about 8 hours a week at the moment.

Before any drastic measures you should sit down with him and talk about it. I fully understand the music side of it, here in the US douche bags think they are cool by blasting the stereo with tons of subwoofer. Unfortunately even the hall director didn't care about it, I hated that aspect of my uni. But remember that talking may solve things in a less stressing manner than retaliation

He's just quite arrogant in his little way and tells the most outrageous stories. The stuff he told me on the day we both moved in was quite shocking.

Hmm. I did once laugh or something at his headteacher by 35 so he admitted it was maybe a little adventurous and changed it to by 37.
