I've been writing a few galleries in the past couple of weeks for a few of last seasons races that I've missed. They're in no particular order but I'll post one every day and go from there with the ones I've done. First up the insane Watkins Glen 1948!

They're back! :D

Can't believe I messed that one up from what was essentially boredom. Complacency is an evil thing. :P

Fraid Leipzig isn't in the list of ones this week... I thought I'd savour that one cos I need to post it and live up to the miles of hype people keep generating :P

I had some decent coverage in the Glen gallery! *makes note to self* crash less!

I still think I have to be credited for providing one of the funniest gallery comments though, 'Watkins Glen has some really challenging straights'

If I ever get to the senior races, I reckon my chances of winning are actually quite high cause by the sounds of things you lot keep crashing and falling off the racetrack! ;)

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld

Glyn, have you stolen Gav's supply of Red Bull? ;)
Looking back at galleries, I must point out season 3 as one dear to my heart. Mostly due to debris that attached to my heart, but still :P

Awesome gallery Neil. I couldn't even remember doing this race though :\

Bare in mind each race is around 30-45mins. The winning time for this Zandvoort race was 38:59, apparently. That's a whole lot of time to spin around. I think you'll find the pace a little hotter than you're expecting too ;-)

Gui. You made me look at the Leipzig gallery. You spent approximately 92.43% of it with at least 2 wheels off the track... and I don't mean cutting corners.

Don't forget it goes both ways. The 4 spins and crashes you dodge might give you some 5-6 positions, but the 5th that takes you out gives it all back. And then you will have times when you are hit 4 times and dodge the 5th!

It's only after we've lost everything, that we are free to do anything.

Gav, Leipzig was a classic :P. I got blamed for stuff I wasn't part of many times, hehe. That one I got blamed for resetting on the bridge, but I had hit a car who had just reset in front of me. But looking back at these galleries is so much fun, Glyndo has done a superb job for years :D
