MP4 to MP3 convert

Is there any program that convert MP4 files to MP3, keeping thw quality?
I tried another program (I forgot the name...), but converted file is 3x slowly than original format.
Someone help me!!!

You can't convert any sound file to a compressed format and keep the original quality. It's not possible.

Some say if you convert to MP3 at 256kb/s, you can't tell the difference, others say 320kb/s, and some say more. It's down to how sensetive your ears are.

From CD I use Exact Audio Copy - from any other format, I use dBpowerAMP Music Converter. For MP4... no idea. MP4 isn't an audio container, it's video.

Yep for me 320 is the minimum for proper quality.

I'm not sure what you're asking though, MP4 is layered video/audio format you need special software to rip the audio track from that as a separate (or 6 separate channels, whatever) channel which I'm not sure you've done.

320kbps the minimum o_O I deffo can't tell the difference at that rate, I usually use 256kbps however my minimum is 192kbps for stereo and 128kbps for mono
