Film Help

I remember watching a film a few years ago on New Years eve. It involved a precious stone being hidden in the teddy bear of a young girl. The girls mother was killed and the teddy was beuried with her. I can't remember much else, but the woman was buried on an island, and the guys who eanted the stone travelled to the island to dig up the grave.

Any ideas? :/

While the topic is here, anyone know the name of the Tom Cruise one where the 3 girls are used to predict murders?

Minority Report - and it was two guys and a girl. It was also a fairly ordinary movie.

yeah remember the total rip-off of MR in that Argos advert (or similar) where the woman is moving different products around a virtual screen in front of her, with her hands like Cruise does?
