can't download from 7digital

as usual i made a purchace of a music video from 7digital but when i click on the download link i get this:



any ideas?

Enter your email address, select 'Iam a returning customer'.



Enter your password and select 'continue'. (you may need to enter this in the licence acquisition page in WMP).



Left click the mouse over the download icon, select 'save' and confirm the save location.



The file will start downloading to your PC and acquire the license automatically.

In Windows Media Player, make sure that the Privacy settings are correct. Go to Options > Privacy tab and select Acquire licenses automatically for protected content.



Once you have configured your media player you will need to download the track again (to acquire the licence) so please log back in.
