i know u are all happy that i have not been posting
but i need you to help me in this
1-is there any site that gives a list of universties that u can send application to,or i need to search for them one by one,and is there anything sepcial in the application,or its ready on each university site
2-is ebay safe to by from,i live in Syria,so they can fool me and there is nothing to do,or Ebay it self is responsiable for the buying and selling.
and how can i buy if i don't have anykind of credite car Visa ex...
is there is anyway possible??

Let me understand this better - you are wanting to attend a university to partake a degree, correct?

It isn't quite as easy as you think, but then again what and where are you wanting to go? What country, what course, sandwich courses, straight courses, placements, half degree's etc?

And also, regards to ebay, its relatively safe depending on what you buy - of course everything is a risk but there are more happy customers than disappointed ones.

I believe if you have a bank account you can setup a paypal link and pay for items via that, this is the most efficient global method.

Also, you can get a banker's draft from your local bank. Or a cashier's cheque I suppsoe, to pay for items on ebay.

I use a Visa DEBIT card, it works like a Visa card, but you must have the money in the account. Or you can do a direct bank transfer, so speak to your bank about either a Visa debit card or internet banking to transfer funds directly from your account to the sellers account.

yeah tell us what country you want to study in. if it's the UK, you can find out about all the uni's and all the courses at UCAS: [www.ucas.com]

they deal with all colleges and universities here.

as for buying on ebay, yes it's relatively safe, you just need to make sure you're buying from a seller with a good feedback rating, and read the negative comments they have received (if any), as it's not always their fault.

paying by Paypal like Dan said is the best method IMO. you don't need a credit card as long as you set your bank account to be the primary source for payments. the buyer will not be able to find out anything about your bank account or your details, he will just receive money into his Paypal account, so don't worry about him stealing more money from you or anything like that, it can't happen unless you send him more money.

If you're studying in the UK, check the DfES website to make sure your institution is ACCREDITED with the department for education an skills [www.dfes.gov.uk]


If its not, DON'T GO THERE. Trust me, this is pretty much what I do at the Foreign and Commowealth Office. If it ain't accredited, you can't avoid military service, for example.
