Merry Christmas! I got my early Xmas pressie late Sunday evening.... a shiny new laptop! :) Wanna play GP4 on it, but didn't bring it with me. :(

Blimey, you're keen. Dell Inspiron 1501. No pics as yet, cause I don't have a camera, but I'm keeping good care of it. ;-) Not sure about the printer that came with it, Dell Printer 725! Cheap tat I reckon.... ;)

LOL. Not a surprise you saying that. I was reading a PC Format review on Vista. The gaming figures are shocking. I reckon Windows 98 could run some games faster in terms of FPS than Vista. This kind of justifies my decision to wait until my current PC is slow for what I need it to do, quad-cores and the like are out and fairly cheap, DX10 is out and Vista has been improved in terms of Microsoft updates as well as decent Vista drivers being released.

You and I are on the same wavelength I reckon. I get PC Format, but I knew before reading it that Vista's just not ready for games yet. DX10 needs more maturity, DX9 took long enough. :)

Anyway, this is getting off-topic. Anybody (else) got early Xmas presents yet?
