it could be that those posts are counted only since 2004 and not from 2002 when forum was first opened .....

The search doesn't penetrate into the forum archive, nor does it get the now lost "Ye Olde Phorum". It only counts from when this version of the forum came online sometime in April 2004.

Actually, after checking, it seems I was wrong :S. The search does penetrate the archive... My first post there is from 02/09/2002. Still doesn't count "Ye Olde Phorum" though.

oh, you use the search function. I was looking at 'Posts' number in my profile.

My correct number of posts is 4279 (the number would be higher if some of my post wouldn't be deleted in the wild era with a member called sveps :p )
