I like it. It's pretty clear and it seems much faster (you notice these things on a 32k dialup) Colours could be improved a bit and be more F1 or motorsport-ish without the nod to McLaren. It's a bit flowery right now is all I can see wrong.

Congrats to everyone who worked on it. I run a few forums and I know how much work it takes to get everything up and running.

It's vry fine now, especially after the last update. Now there's enough contrast to see where one post starts and another ends. However, I wish we could return to the old blue colour scheme, but you can't have all. ;)

huh it's hard to get used to this new layout. To be honest I liked the old one very much it was a retro good looking one. Now this doesn't have contrasts (still). I think that butter-like colour is good but instead of white there should be darker colours like blue or even red and the place at message tops (where the ppl's name and the post's date can be read) should be in another colour. That is my opinion.
Oh and the banner is not so good too...
And please put a message list button to these threads too which only have 1 page.

To say something good: I like the new forums and the idea to put the forum's to the middle of the main page.

:)

The latest color update is great. I love the clean and yet warm look it has now. Thanks for daring to change an already excellent place on the web.

yup, i liked it when i first saw it, but the more i use it and see it the more boring and 'normal' it becomes, the old forum was unique and had a nice feel to it, this is just like any other forum. imo we should have stuck with the old one... or atleast as someone said, kept the original colours. I mean no disrespect to anyone who helped with the change, its just my opinion.

I meant the functionality of it rather than the colours ;)

And please let us edit our posts! For example there are old infos in my thread's name so ppl won't recognize changes. At least give us back this option :)

If your butter looks like any of the colours on this forum, then I'd advise you throw it out and get new butter ;)

Back on topic, new forum is ok. Bit bright on my screen, but i can soon sort that. Seems to have changed a bit since yesterday-is it still being tinkered with?

I think part of the problem is every link being underlined, it's very 1990s hyperlink rubbish and just looks messy imo. Maybe bin that and have a colour change on rollover or something.

At least the colours don't give me retinal cancer tho, that's a good thing ;)

There should an option to change the skin, like IPB, so people can use this or the old colours. :)

I'm very impressed with all the changes that have come in, in such a small space of time. This is very close to what the final product should be now, it should be perfect in no time.
