Reaching A Site Problem...

Well I've got this small problem on my hands. Theres on forum which I visit consisently and also post consisently, but for the past or so, I haven't been albe to get through. This is possibly the only forum which I can't get on which I visit reguarlly. Thing is, I've asked all the other members on the site to see if they can get on, and it works perfectly. It can't surely be my server (Tiscali Broadband) as I asked Muks_C who is on the same ISP as me, could get on. The Admin has no idea why it isn't working for me either, So if you could maybe enlighten me on why it's not working, I would deeply appriceate it.

Just the basic windows firewall I believe, tried turning it off, no avail.

Never heard or seen of it. Does it come with the PC or is it software that you buy/download?

Try control+f5, which forces a full refresh of the page on any browser. Failing that, empty the cache on your browser, and delete the cookie for that site.

Peer Guardian doesnt come with the PC, its a download.

Tried different browsers?

Tried IE & Firefox, no avail.

Tried all of it, still doesn't work

I even tried Peer Guardian and unticking HTTP thing, but didn't work either.
