*cough* actually we have discussed his before. On the internet there is no such thing as freedom os speach. This is a privatly owned server ran with rules by the owners (Bruno and Stefan) and enforced by the moderators. Freedom is speach does not exsist in a privatly owned enviroment such as this.

So how about i say it a bit more nicely - stop being a pain for the sake of it. You delbratly ruin threads on here and TBK, theres just no need! And you wonder why you get banned from places eh?

Dave has something going here. You have all the freedom of speech that you want, but no one is forced to provide you with an outlet for said speech.

For instance, if I have a piece of paper, it is not your right to "employ" it for the exercise of your right to free speech. It is my paper, and hence my property. Your rights end when they violate mine. If I do not allow you to write on my paper, tough luck... No one is responsible for providing a piece of paper for you. That is also your responsiblity, or as you might come to see one day, your privilege.

On the same note, no one is responsible for providing you with a server or webspace to exercise your freedom of speech. The example with the paper is directly transferable to this place. Fortunately for you and others, some of us are equipped with super-duper multi coloured cyber erasers... And it is the wish of the owners of this place that we use those far more often, than we withdraw a users permission to say whatever they want... be that permission being withdrawn for one post, several, a specified amount of time, or permanently.

So you see, your rights are safe. Even your right to pay for your own server, forum software, bandwidth, and type up that you think I suck.
