I got accepted into Newcastle uni to study medicine :| yes, that means, eventually, I'll be paid to use a scalpel.

Newcastle....it's quite a nice place :) I'm currently there (or here, its quite confusing) on a years work placement. Well done mate :) I think i'll keep myself out of trouble from now on - less drinking, that's for sure ;)

I'm doing Open Foundation, it's sort of a Yr12 repeat/uni prep course type thing for people like me who failed our HSC. Goes for 12 months (part time) and at the end of it I get given a UAI equivalent type mark which I can then use to apply for degree courses.
