Just putting my opinion in

I've been with pipex for about 3 years now, the customer service is excellent the one tiny problem I had I was helped with quickly and politely. My ping is always the best in any server though I'm only 1Mb and I've had periods of leaving my pc downloading something for 3 days with no disconnections, infact the last time I've been disconnected (apart from yanking the cable out while vacuuming :P ) was within the first week I got bb. So yeah Pipex rule in customer service, speed and reliability.

I think im going for the 1MB 19.99 one, it has 256K up, and is cheaper than this BT @#$%&. Do pipex try to take over your phone as well? Bulldog were trying to do that <_<

nope Pipex have never bothered me either.

BT are crap they wouldn't upgrade to 1mb like they said they would and when i pestered them i apparently didn't it exist! safe to say i told them where to stick it and moved to Pipex and they've been great.

Lmao, was great today:

BT man does all the intoductory stuff and asks what the problem is.

Me:There is no problem, but I want to switch ISP and need a migration code please.

BT:So, is there a specific reason you want to change?

Me; not wanting to be too rude, or tell them its better value and have them try to sell me @#$%&:No, I just want to switch.

BT man tells me code: Is there anything that we can do to pursuade you to stay with BT?

Me:No

BT: Ok then, have a nice day.

Me:kthnxbai.
