Actually, on the topic of Ferrari copies, Toyota MR2s are often used as Ferrari copies and are actually quite loved because there cheap, technically kit cars (so the insurence is mega low) and still have awesome performance.
If it was trying to be an ipod it wouldnt have WMA support. It would also have a silly name like iRacing. Infact, i'd say the iRivier is doing more of a copy as the use of the "i" in the name is blatently trying to cash in on the ipods populairty through product reconitian.
The Zen (at least my one) doesnt look anything like an ipod in the slightest.
The middle is the Zen Touch, bottom is the Zen Xtra (the one i have, i prefer the buttons on the side). The only similarties i see is the blue screen (which is the standard for all MP3 Players usually), and the fact there square. In which case, people better start questioning dell. There PC cases are the same shape as ipods. Cant be too carefull with those double decker buses too. They look surprisingly like ipods if you squint
