unfortunatley you need a bloody good belt and big pockets when you have one of them, they are huge and weigh a tonne!

ive got the zen micro, only holds 5GB but i thinks thats plenty, i have about 4GB of decent music, the rest i have im not too bothered about!

She's a big bastard, but still a bargain.

My zen micro was shite, never really worked properly. Now I've got an iriver 5gb, which I definately prefer. Cheap as chips though bruv. Silicon skins are good.

yer my dads got the regular zen one whatever that is, wasnt too bad a size!

i dont like small fiddly things, im use to hadling larger objects, way better.

as the image shows, its not that big!

im not too sure on its state for file transferring, it says it does but i shudda looked more into it. not fussed, a bonus if it can!

20gb ones were going for the same price you see, and this was a one off! couldnt let it go.

does anyone know if the storage will hold .psd and .jpg files etc - am hoping i can double to send work to uni every day!

well this is the size of the zen compared to a cd (and headphones)

bigger pic compare here with CD

as you can see, the zen is sort of like the older, fatter sister that we all know someone just like ;)

round abouts the same size

danm, the zen touch can carry any file format on it's HD, as long as you have the usb cable to connect it to the computer

A friend of mine has a Zen touch. Compared to my second generation iPod (from years ago!) it looks bulky, plasticky and silly. It tries to be the iPod, even with the white casing. It's bigger in every single respect - depth, length, breadth.

MICHAEL!!!!

Really, it's just bigger than the old iPods. And the older iPods are massive compared to the newer iPods. Sure, if you want a big, bulky, heavy device in your pocket capable of playing your three wma files, go for the Zen touch.

I have the 20gb one which I got for my birthday a while back, and having compared it to many ipods (nearly ALL my friends have one) I would go and recommend it to anyone. The thing is ridiculously easy to use, looks 50x better than an ipod and doesn't weigh all too much either in my opinion. If you think it's heavy then you must be a bit weak :P

no offence i have to disagree....the iPod is by far and away the best looking Mp3 player especially the black Video iPod....

Well, the sleek and slender iPod design does contrast massively with the bulky Zen Touch which seems to have been thrown together in order to be taken apart.

It tries to be an iPod and fails miserably.

However, if that's what you want to have, go for it! Bargain!

I have to say though, it ISN'T trying to be an iPod. That's like saying Windows Vista is trying to be Mac OSX...

Alright. But the size, shape, idea of a touch-based interface, colour, and operating system similarities are just coincidence, right?

haha look at the fanboys :P

the reason i am getting the zen over the ipod is simply cuz i dont like the plain look of the ipod, it seems to have an ASDA smart price kitcehn homeware look to it, u know all white plain cheapo nasty...
