American Truck/Vehicle Knowledge Wanted...

Well, i was watching a music video, and fell in love with this truck on the left (black).


And I was wondering:
1) What make/model is it?
2) Are they easy to find (to buy) in america (mainly southern cali area)?
3) Are they expensive to buy/run?
