My favourite Barker sketch has to be the old Fork Handles, Four Candles one. One of the all-time classic sketches ever surely.

The word legend gets bandied about quite frivously when people from Showbiz die, in this case Ronnie Barker was a Legend.

Its only now he's died that he will be truely appreciated, not for the TV programs he was famous for, but for the ghost writing of other programs no one knew about ;)

for me, along with the fork handles sketch, one of the best sketches was the parody of Mastermind where Ronnie Corbett was a contestant whose specialist subject was "answering the question before last".
