Is there anyway to capture the flash movies on the net (like from rathergood and albinoblacksheep)

There is a program called "Flash Saver". However, it is not freeware, so you have to pay to get a fully functional version.

Indeed :D Particularly when using view page info in firefox :D

Firefox makes it a doddle because if you view page info and click the media tab, when you find the Flash file theres a huge button called Save As... so you don't even have to do any URL editing to download it :D

You can just 'Save page as..' if you are using Firefox.
