Well I don't know about anyone else, but I'm rooting for Andy Roddick (below...) in the mens, dude to the fact that local guy Tim Henman is a total pile of @#$%&.

---------------

As for the ladies, Maria Sharapova (below... ;-)) has my full support, if you know what I mean... ;-)

Got to laugh at the English, only decent men's tennis player they've had for about 50 years and he get's slagged off for 'only' getting to the quarters and semi's consistantly, once he retires they'll be cheering the other nobody's for winning a set.

*vomits* ;)

Man, she is ugly :P.

For the guys, I'm not sure yet, there are quite a few who I don't mind winning, but for the women's... I'd say Sharapova or Henin-Hardenne.

Serena was just on Jonatahn Ross' tv show, he was flirting like mad with her.

Kournikova is the female version of Henman, all talk (by the media) and no action.

Kournikova was all set to be the next big thing, she was amazing as an amateur, and even got to the semifinals in Wimbledon (I think) when she started, but she lost her desire and drive to play after she received more attention for how she looked, so I believe you could say she's a "poser."

I reckon Henman will go out in the first round... That's what I'm hoping anyway

thats right Gui.

its similar with David Beckham, he's now known more for just being a 'celebrity' rather than a footballer.
