London (Reuters) - A man known exclusively as "The Radio Star" has been brutally murdered outside his home in London, it has been revealed.
Police found the battered body of The Radio Star this morning at 7:30am while on a training mission. Nearby they also found a collection of video tapes which were later confiscated by the Police.
Although they have not formally charged anyone, police are remanding a man known only as "Video" in custody. He refused bail.
"The Radio Star", formerly known as "Wireless Man" spent a lifetime entertaining families from the comfort of their own homes with the radio. "It's a great loss to the world of radio," said a BBC Radio Spokesperson.
It is not known if "The Radio Star" will be replaced on radios across the country.
