can anyone help translate this sentence

i am working on a project at school about integration of ethnic minority children in denmark,,,

i was wondering if anyone out there can translate this sentence into german or any other language

"to create a dane"

I'll put it into proper English for you:

"to create a Dane"

If it means to make a Dane out of foreign kid I would say "jemanden zum Dänen machen" (jemanden = someone) or "einen Dänen aus jemanden machen" (make a Dane out of someone). Literally I would be "einen Dänen erschaffen", but this sounds too much like Frankenstein.
