I'm with Gui on this one. There is definately something not right about it. Espeicially the cars response to the steering. Which, BTW, wouldn't be due to dampening for a digital controller, as the PS2s have those silly knob things on them for games like that.

It could also be possible that steering help has been set to maxinum, and that could could explain why the response is so slow.

i havent played any of the GT series with a steering wheel so i cant say if its the handeling or not that makes it look odd. I think its real myself, the way he corrects the car reacts, specially when going through the last corner, you can see the car react to his jerky corrections.

Most likely this video has been made by the same bunch of aliens who abducted Elvis Presley to Area 51 and used his DNA to clone Peruvian pan pipers who now can be found standing in every city's pedestrian area, dressed in their national costumes and playing "El Condor Pasa" 24/7 without intermission. They also probably shot Kennedy, hid the Nazi gold and sold weapons of mass destruction to Iraq.

If you have played the GT series, with digital or analouge device you will know there is alot of dampening. Even with the 3D sticks, it is still dampened alot

In GT4 there actually aren't if you turn off the steering help. But they could have it on in this video.

Or someone else off-camera with a controller? I dunno... the Japanese DO have a Technology-culture over there, so it may be possible.

About the kid reacting to the car, how many times haven't you seen a little kid sitting on the arcade seats, and just playing around with the wheel, following the car onscreen? I used to do so when I was young ;)
