With great difficulty :P

You really need a proper program as Nero is a burning program really

I prefer making MiniDVD's through DVDLab :) means it'll still play on a DVD drive, even if it dosn't support VCDs :D

Actually, your DVD player must support MiniDVD's :)

Why this is the case I'll never know since its just a CD with DVD style content on

*bangs head on wall*

have been listening? thats what ive been saying!

anyway heres the guide:

half way down it says "Let's now burn the VideoCD to a CD-R(W). To start with, you should use a CD-RW, i.e a rewritable CD. Do not use a DVD-R(W)! A VideoCD can not work on such discs... such are the VideoCD specifications. You can only use a CD-R or a CD-RW"

and ianwoolam you can put what about a 90 min vcd on a cdr. if you want it longer what would be the obvious thought? put it onto a dvdr or dvdrw. thats why you would want to do it but you cant.

well even if you could, it wouldn't work on a normal CD drive,it would still need a DVD drive, I find that a 2 hour movie takes about 2GB, so you can fit around 4 hours on a DVD, when writing it as normal DVD format, so why would you want to write it as a VCD, its lower quality, probably take the same amount of time as a DVD... If you get a Dual Layer DVD Writer, then you can write double the ammount of time :)

Quite easily if you have the OEM version.

with nero there is the normal free version, then the bought version, and then the extra features verstion. if u buy the extra version you get heaps of extra @#$%&.

Its got video capturing software, DVD menu making @#$%&, and its all real easy, (even tho when i capture video of my VCR on DVD quality, 2hrs 30 mins is like 8 gig, and i cant make it any smaller! :( )
i know it has 2 more programs with it (4 in total nero normal, NeroVision and 2 others) but i havent tried them.

Now i must go have a shower, all i smell is smelly feet and ciggeretts (not mine i dont smoke, stupid pub patrons)
