I've made a new sign but it's 217 bytes too big. Do you forgive me that or should I change it?

I always take it that our limit is 20kb. Yours is 19.74 KB.

Yes and 1Kb is 1024 bytes, not 1000

1kb is 1024 bytes. Therefore your sig is only 19,74kb (20217 divided by 1024).
