it's on a 100mbit, but like i say, it would need installed, and the company don't have the game. i dunno if they would let me upload whatever the server would need to run dedicated

I'm really starting to look forward to this one...

I'm starting to pull out some decent, consistant times, and I've already got my race strategy sorted.

Bring on the race :)

Same Gav. I got a few different ways i can run it also depending on what happens and others speed

We cant run the race until Sims machine is back and working for the main reason that he has the ftp access for the car files and once all cars have been submitted he has to put them on the site (M4D servers suck and it wont allow me access)

if people have there own cars ready please submit them to

ellis@vadertrophy.com

After you have submitted youre file dont edit ANY of the car otherwise it wont display correctly for others in game :)

Ditto. Drive, pit, drive, finish :)

Although it actually depends where you are in the field. If your having a hard battle the tyres just wear out within a handful of laps, where if your on your own you can make them last a full tank easily.

I sometimes i have problems with overheating, and sometimes dont. I also find i can run the tyres VERY hot (over 240) with no real problems to grip or tyre wear showing up on my times, but any hotter and altho the grip is fine, the tyres die within a few laps

If your alone, its actually quite hard to build the heat up. Normally I race around 190-200°, but when I last raced with Jon, the temps got to a steady 220° and held there. The car was just perfectly balanced.

It seems like you have to drive very hard to get the temperature and then just hold it in a balancing act.

Yeah we will require at least one pit stop for fuel reasons. Any more pit stops will be for mechnical, or for tyre reasons

Chris, you can drive the WRC livery if you really want :) I'll adapt it to #22

If that was a tap, I would hate to be shunted :)

Is there a list somewhere of the mechanical problems that can be fixed in the pits?

A tap means you have a wild slide round the outside, I was knee deep in gravel and surrounded with smoke :P

After last nights effort, I think maybe dropping a full pace lap might be a wise move :)
