but you'll have to admit; you're doing the same thing to your computer, what the people that you hate are doing to their cars

I have no problem people doing that too good cars ;-) People think i hate modding, but thats not true ;-) I hate modding rubbish cars. There is no point in having a cheap little £150 car then spending £3000 on addons for it. :P

Exactly ;-)

If done correctly, modding a car can look stunning and beautifull

Take this for example

Vauxhall Astra/ Had the fornt Badge removed, and looks a bit cleaner and tider on the front grill. Sutble bodykit has a bit of style, rather than all the angular rubbish selotaped onto a Nova. Dont like the headlight eyebrows, but they arent too bad, and the wheels arent my style, but they arent that bad either. Well modded car. Also been slightly lowered. 1.6L engine, and its going to be engine transplanted with a 2.0L turbo, with 210bhp in a year or so. Very tastefully modded, no silly graphics, no silly body kits, and overall very well done

And it isnt a bad car in the first place, unlike a Nova/old corsa, a modified Astra like that is very respectable

Tinted window, single wiper, big speakers, roof vent, max power sun strip, lovely paint work and neons under the mouse

It can, but your example wasn't the best - its an Astra! :)
