See is more lake and sea is Meer

Ist Deutsch hart?!? Sie müssen einen Lachen haben!

Ist Deutsch schwer (schwierig)? The rest makes no sense.

You must have a laugh?? (maybe)??

The similarities betweén English and German are not very surprising if you know that both are derived from Germanic roots. English - the language of the Angles and Saxons - came from Germania to England.

English and Low German (a language rather than a dialect, still spoken in nothern parts of Germany mostly by elderly people) are very similar. Look at these examples:

Yeqah, but once you start desrcibing things in the past tense for example, it gets a bloody mess, and the sentences aren't in the right order. You get something like:

"Sat down and I up book picked" instead of I sat down and picked up a book!

French is much more simple IMO!

Also, just because I support Alesi, it doesn't mean I'm anything to do with France, and I hate the French anyway. In my eyes, Alesi is Italian!
I support Alesi for a very wierd reason, don't ask why?!

Alesi was fantastic! Remember how everyone used to say "Watch Alesi!" when the track was wet? Those were the days, man!
