WDF? Email in use???

I tried changing my profiles email from ellis2kx@lycos.co.uk to this one

lost_prophet_gpxc@hotmail.com

and it said "This email is already in use by someone else"

WDF? Is it? And by who? And if it is you, then stop @#$%& using it cos thats @#$%& illegal and i'll sue your ass We have been through this with Vader and Sveps before
