they are linked from dragon racing forum ( because i can't upload to my website at the moment to link them from there)

you'll have to register to see them

its worth registering mainly because the owner is a professional photographer and he has some really cool pictures on his motorsport website.

plus Neo & les are really cool moderators :-)

'A new forum to discover?' Vader said with this diabolical twinkle in his eyes his fellow demons and men had learned to fear over the centuries.
'Quick', the Lord of the Netherworlds shouted, 'Let us waste no time! Saddle my steed and pack a bag of glass pearls for the natives there. They will soon learn to obey me, the mighty Vader, conquerer of forums and bringer of spam!'

to make the GPL (and nascar 2002) experience even more realistic i bought this at Christmas

if you think this looks good, then you ought to try it

its absolutely friccken unbelivable,

i could never drive in GPL with the FFB switched on because i spun it.

since i got my prezzie i use FFB and with my new bit of kit its almost like driving a real car

problem is though, the bite point of the clutch is low and if i miss a gear it over revs the engine and blows it up :-(

but hey thats what happen in the good old days

if you can afford one and your a GPL fan, i strongly advise you to this

it cost me $119 +£22 delivery charge by UPS

so your looking at a rough figure of £94

and its worth every single penny, believe me

nah unfortunatly not :-(

but having said that with modern F1 cars using the paddle shift behind the wheel i don't think i would use it anyway

i would have tried though just to see what difference it made to game experience.

with the clutch only being used to engage 1st gear i would'nt have thought you'd be able to use like in nascar2002 or GPL

but its all hypothetical at the moment seeing as i can't get GP4 to work, GRRRRRRRR!!!!

Whats the brake pedal like LS, compared to the one of the MS wheel? Im really talking about travel and the spring.

its dampend like a real brake pedal, the more you push your foot down the more resistence it gives, so you can feel it when your near the bottom

unlike the microsoft one where you feel its near the bottom when it actually is :-s

i'm really impressed with it

there were a few problems with the pedals but actlabs have changed the design of them,

its particarly good when heel & toeing it ( blipping the throttle whilst shifting down to keep the revs at a constant, its bloody hard though)
