I was wondering what everone thought is the best band ever. I have to say it has to be the Manic Street Preachers . My favourite song has to be 'Design For Life'

I am deaf but I have to rely on my hearing aids to listen to music.

I don't understand what the singer is singing but I just listen to the music that the band is playing.
So I would say RHCP. Their drums and bass is pretty cool.

I loved their "Californication" song.

good choice. In the case of RHCP, i wud kinda prefer to be deaf cos his voice annoys me and the lyrcis dont atcaully make any sense, but as you say, the music itself is good

I olny listened to a song titled with "Carter" and this song "If you tolerate this then your children...." ( I forgot the rest)

It was pretty good with the music but I haven't got a clue about the lyrics though.

REHAB IS FOR QUITTERS

Didn't know you were a fan of Weather Report, Cai! During the summer, I saw their sax player, Wayne Shorter, at the Chicago Jazz Festival, and in October I was playing down in Cork, and their keyboardist Joe Zawinul was playing in the building next to us, at the same time, so I didn't get to see him.

Although I've been getting a jazz trio together to do a lot of Weather Report stuff recently!

Thats amazin'....and yeah I've recently been trying my hand at Teen Town, cos I play the bass - Jaco is just made in that track

I bought 'Live and Unreleased', a Weather Report compilation of all their best live performances, never previously released. It's fecking great :D
