Fighter Jet Simulation

Anyone know of a good fighter jet simulation? Want it too have lots of planes ie F15, F18, F22 eurofighter etc, Really good gfx, (so probably would have to be a recent game), good missions, ie lots of dog fighting blowing up stuff, like commache 4 but with planes not choppers. and compatible with xp

On a serious note I think you'll be best off finding a game which can be highly modded. Find a game with a great base, and download extras from fans.
