okay this is whats happening with the championship at this present time

with the problem arising about only 8 people being allowed in one game ( & the need for 2 independant adjudicators for accidents) this leaves just 3 teams availble in a single race.

so whats been suggested is having 2 x 3 team races

i.e group 1 = mclaren, ferrari, & williams

group 2 = jordan, ..........., & ............

so first thing is theres 4 places free for 2 teams, so get your submissions in quick


secondly , with there being in effect 2 championships running, it cause's a problem with the points system, i.e both winners will benefit from having the same points.

so a suggestion was a knockout system culminating in the final round being a race between both group winners.

what will happen is each meeting will have 2 races over 3 rounds( spread out over a week)

i.e 1 x road race , and 1 x rally stage over 15 laps each = 1 round

culminating in the last placed team dropping out of their group after 3 rounds


what needs to be sorted out is if we hold 3 rounds i n one week, say , wednesday, friday, sunday evenings at 7.30 ,

and test drivers but not neccesarily.

I edited mine.

Sounds great, but I still haven't sorted this problem of mine, having about half the horse power of everyone else

I'll do some testing, but if anyone has any ideas please tell me!

alex are you running the default car? or have you edited the config at some point to get a better car?

this might be a problem if you have, you may need to reinstall

I did edit the config to get a better car, but then changed back to the XF GTi.

I've been recalibrating and fiddling with the setup and it's improved a lot - my top speed down the back straight is now about 105mph - is that what you guys are getting?
