Well actually I don't think I've UV mapped anything
What I did in zmodeler was import the shapes and break them into the 28 parts gp4 needs. Then I went to the materials editor (all the materials were already listed there) and loaded all the relevant textures. Then they just appeared on the car in all the relevant and correct places, as below.
I exported the model, renamed the textures in GP4 builder, added alpha layers, converted them to .tex and that was it, it works fine when the car is in focus in game
Do I need to map the car then? Even though all the textures are where they should be?
